Play day with a Friend

I love being McKenzie play mate but sometimes it's nice to have a break. Today, McKenzie best friend spend the day with us. They played in the back yard most of the morning in the sand, then went to the park, I wanted to take pictures of them in the Bluebonnets, then lastly playing outside until Kennedy's mom came to get her. Busy day for 2 four year olds.

Sweetest Thing

Tonight, we heard McKenzie in her bed talking. Randy and I opened the door to tell her good night, when we opened the door alittle bit, we heard her saying 2 bible verses. Randy said to McKenzie, Good night baby, that's sweet your saying your prayers. McKenzie said, " I'm not saying my prayers, I'm saying my Bible verses". It was so sweet. Before she says her verses she always says Lord first, like she is talking to Jesus. Kids say and do the sweetest things. My heart breaks for children that there parents don't take them to church or talk to them about Jesus love.
Thank you Jesus for being our King and letting me be your Princess.

Easter 2009

These two special kids, have something they will always share together. We met this great family, the day our adoption and there adoption was finalized. Got to talking to them and found out we live in the same town. Every since that special day, we have ran into them allot. Now the two kids have gymnastic together and love it. The first picture is at the Court house and the second picture is 4 years later.

Special Day.

Today is so special to us. God has blessed us so much that I feel like the luckiest person in the whole world. 2005, our adoption was finalized on this day. We call this Mckenzie's "special day" but like Randy and I told McKenzie this morning this is our special day too. God bless us with a perfect little girl that fits our family to a T. God blessed McKenzie with a birth mom that chose adoption and we sure glad she did. Thank you Jesus.
